Red Dog:

No matter what you call it, Red Dog, Acey- Duecey or whatever the game is still the same. You are dealt 2 cards on your bet, you can then raise your bet or just play the hand out. Object of the game is to get your third card in between the 2.  If you don't you will lose, if you do  then you will win. The spread will determine the  the odds paid out. For a spread of 1 card the payoffs odds are 5:1, a spread of 4 cards pays out at 4:1. Below I will have the spread bar with all the payoffs. If you are dealt 2 cards with no spread you will only have to hit bet again and bet will reset as there is no play for that hand as hand is a push. If your first 2 cards are a pair  you will automatically be dealt a third card, if you get trips you will paid at 11:1. Note: you will not get a option to raise when you have a pair and the third card will be dealt automatically.

To Play place your bet then hit deal, Once you have been dealt 2 cards you will have to decide if you want to raise. Remember the point where the spread turns in your favor is 7 cards or more. Hit the raise button if you want to raise and then you are dealt a third card. If the third card falls between the first 2 cards dealt you win. If the third card is the same or is not between the 2 cards dealt you lose. Only exception to this is if the first 2 cards are a pair then you will be dealt a third card automatically and can not raise the bet. If this happens and you are dealt trips you will win and be paid off at 11:1. If you do not get trips then the bet is returned and the hand is a push.

One thing about Red Dog to remember is that the spread from 6 and under gives the house a advantage. A spread of 7 and over turns the advantage to you. Using this then definitely raise when the spread is 7 and over. But also if you are hot you might want to try raising on spreads of less than 7.   Also if you do decide to play this in a real casino look for one that uses more than 1 deck. A casino using 1 deck has a 3.95% advantage while a casino using 8 decks has only a 3.49% advantage. So always look for the best advantage for you because you are in a casino for 1 reason and 1 reason only and that is to WIN!!!!. interBet uses a single deck so its house advantage is 3.95%.  Learn to play smart, raise when its advantageous to you and the odds favor you and you can win at this game   GOOD LUCK!
